Shahcolate Bey Ma

I love reading about Arabians that have great stories to tell.  Shahcolate Bey Ma, is in every way a stallion that can make any Arabian fan proud to be that fan.

His sire is of the legendary Bey Shah/TW Forteyna cross, named Bey Prost.  His dam carries *Bask and Naborr lines to name a few.

He is intelligent, capable, dynamic, hard working, go-getting, show-offing, cattle-cutting, hog-hunting and champion making.

I highly recommend spending a few minutes just to read the great things about him here: http://www.texasseahorse.com/Shahcolate.html

His beautiful 15.2 liver chestnut frame is strong, beautifully correct and he shows wonderful strong legs.  (I love good legs on a horse!!!)  He clearly passes his talents, disposition and impressive moves to his get.

Shahcolate Bey is an excellent source for integrating athleticism and personability into your own breeding program.  I would love to have one of his foals.

  1. I also love this horse. I bred him and raised him. He was a delightful colt, sweet and so handsome.
I know his owner and am so very proud of him and his sire, whom I owned until his death, Bey Prost.

    • Hi Anne! Thank you for taking a moment to leave a note.

Shahcolate Bey must have been a wonderful sense of breeding accomplishment for you. He’s just beautiful and beyond that, capable and athletically talented.

Did you breed any full brothers or sisters to him?

    • Welcome to Arabian Glimmer, Sue!

Thank you for stopping by! I’m so thrilled that this entry has been a platform for those closest to him to know that the Arabian community notices a good horse when they see one. He’s unique and is one of my favorite horses to write about so far!

I am also a fan of Shahcolate and the description of Shahcolate couldn’t be more accurate. He is a wonderfully calm and gentle stallion, a perfect gentleman. Beautiful and strong. He can rise to the challenge and displays the true sense of paretnership between a horse and his rider. Such strength of character obviously comes from Shahcolate’s breeding and handling. So, Mark, you have done a tremendous job in helping Shahcolate shine in the arenas he has been in. And his babies? What beauties and so full of Shahcolate’s character. So, congratulations to the both of you. There is much to be excited and proud of.

  5. Just a quick update about Shahcolate. Arabian Horse World has ranked him #15 for Leading Sires of Half Arabian Performance Horse Winners for the 2009 US Nationals.
